About our Sales Development Program
The SDP is a comprehensive track to grow recent graduates into industry-leading Account Partners. It includes three full-time phases: consulting, sales development, and account management.
Phase 1 – Associate Consultant: Learn Veeva products, work post-sales on implementation teams delivering solutions.
Phase 2 – Sales Development Representative: Train on sales, generate leads and pipeline revenue.
Phase 3 – Associate Account Partner: Use full skills to build relationships and close deals. After completion, you become an Account Partner.
What You'll Do
- Gain expertise in consulting, product, industry, and sales across three phases
- Learn technical consulting, solution design, and project management
- Develop strategies for lead generation and territory management
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, from users to C-level
- Gather and analyze requirements in workshops
- Configure Veeva software with guidance from Solution Architects
- Explain technical solutions clearly to various audiences
- Guide project teams on best practices
Requirements
- Strong motivation to grow in sales and learn Veeva solutions
- University degree with strong academic record (STEM preferred), or equivalent experience
- Fluency in German (native level) and English
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Ability to translate technical needs into business solutions
- Technical curiosity and a desire to work in consulting and sales
- Resilience, initiative, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
Nice to Have
- Internships or experience in pharma, consulting, sales, or customer service
- Entrepreneurial mindset or leadership/community engagement
