About the Business Consultant Development Program (BCDP)
Generation Veeva offers career development through workshops, mentorship, planning, and real-world learning. The BCDP is tailored for recent grads interested in supporting Pharma and Biotech companies with go-to-market and launch strategy, digital engagement models, and technology value realization.
You must be legally authorized to work in the EU. No sponsorship available. Work-from-anywhere policy applies, but you must live within 45–60 minutes of the Berlin coworking space.
What You'll Do
- Create end-to-end business solutions and deliverables
- Collaborate with senior consultants to meet project goals
- Contribute to the Commercial Strategy team’s consulting work
- Conduct research for industry and customer insight
- Support customers in realizing the value of Veeva Development Cloud software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Basic to intermediate MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Ability to translate business and technical concepts into strategic solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, able to manage time in hybrid/remote work
- Willingness to commute when required and travel up to ~40% annually
Nice to Have
- Degree or experience in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, STEM
- Internship or work experience in consulting or Life Sciences
- Experience with software, reporting, or data visualization tools
- Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian)
