About our Consultant Development Program
Generation Veeva supports recent graduates with development programs and career paths. The Consultant Development Program focuses on building technical and soft skills, offering hands-on experience in cloud-based software solutions and technical consulting (no coding required).
You’ll work on cross-European projects with a diverse team and gain experience in a unique, fast-growing cloud software company serving the world’s largest corporations. You must be legally authorized to work in the EU; Veeva does not offer sponsorship for this role.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers
- Learn technical consulting, solution design, industry processes, and project management
- Participate in business process discovery workshops and support fit/gap analysis
- Configure Veeva products under guidance of Solution Architects
- Assist in solution build, testing, training, and deployment
- Create documentation of system requirements and designs
- Explain technical solutions to various audiences
- Guide customers on applying business and technical best practices
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of work experience after graduation
- University degree with strong academic record (or equivalent work/self-study experience)
- Fluent in German (native level) and English
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30%
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate technical/business concepts into solution designs
- Interest in software and process efficiency
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Nice to Have
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, MIS, Software/Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar
- Internship or experience in pharma
- Leadership, community involvement, or tutoring experience
- Basic programming or relational database knowledge
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) or document management systems
- Fluency in another European language (e.g., French, Italian)
