What you’ll be doing
Our 12-months rotation-based graduate program offers the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, international, and supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and thrive. It is the kickstart for your international career and gives you deep insights in the following tasks:
- Drafting and preparation of client and marketing presentations for equity capital markets transactions
- Understanding of ECM instruments such as IPOs, share placements, capital increases, convertible and exchangeable bonds, share buybacks
- Ongoing research & analysis of current capital markets developments, deal flow and preparation of respective marketing materials
- In cooperation with Advisory, working on industry analysis, competitive financial benchmarking and company valuations
- Preparation and review of transaction specific documents (marketing, due diligence materials, timetables, etc.)
- Participation in due diligence meetings and support on respective deal related sub-projects

What you’ll need to bring
- You are in the final stages of your master's degree in business administration, finance or economics with good/very good academic results (MBA, CFA is a plus), or you have completed your studies within the last 2 years
- Preferably prior experience in investment banking in ECM
- Ideally knowledge of ECM databases, Bloomberg and Dealogic
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, corporate finance & accounting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time & on-quality
- Confident and assertive conduct vis-à-vis clients & partners
- Strong team player
- Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Fluent English and German
