Consultant - Financial Services (m/w/d)
In this role, you will build competencies in Insurance and/or Banking, and help shape the field significantly. You can become part of our success story. Working in the Financial Services sector offers a broad range of challenging tasks within a familiar, dynamic, and international team.
As a Consultant:
- You will support projects at well-known insurance companies or banks, following an onboarding phase tailored to your needs.
- You will be responsible for the design, detailed analysis, and implementation of customized solutions for our clients.
- You will quickly take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in AI, platform or transformation projects.
- You will contribute to Synpulse’s development through exciting internal projects on a global level and can participate in recruiting to help shape the heart of Synpulse.
About you:
- You have strong communication skills in both English and German (Must).
- You have a master's or PhD degree - or will complete it in the near future - with an excellent final grade.
- You have a combined understanding of business and technology.
- You have ideally gained practical experience in an insurance company, a bank, or in a consultancy firm.
- You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and are willing to travel.
