
Sales Engineer Germany (m/f/d)
Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
Kingfa’s European Headquarter is located in the Industrial Park Kalle-Albert in Wiesbaden. In addition to production and R&D, our Wiesbaden headquarters accommodates our Marketing, Sales, and General Administration teams.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Engineer Germany (m/f/d) to join our Wiesbaden team. You will be the front of the company and dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products and overall solutions
- Arrange business meetings with prospects and existing customers in Germany
- Promote the company’s products/services aligned with customers’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Act as point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets in line with company goals
- Monitor sales metrics such as quarterly results and annual forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Strong motivation to achieve, eagerness to succeed, and desire for quick personal growth
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
- Ability to analyze and seize industry market opportunities
- Capability to develop and apply sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Ability to deliver results and respond to inquiries on time
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in German and English
