The Eaton Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program that involves four unique, six-month assignments across different business and two different countries in the EMEA region, to prepare you for future leadership career.
The assignments take place in the following areas: internal audit; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis, manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting or financial planning and analysis in a business group or division headquarters.
Our main base locations for these positions include UK, Ireland, Italy, France and Germany.
What are the entry requirements for the Program?
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business with a major in accounting or finance area with a graduation date no later than August 2025
- Work or internship experience is a plus (max 2 years of experience)
- Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company
- Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program
