About the Role
EU AMXL Operations team is looking for a 3PL / Contract Logistics Manager to join the team and play a role in the overall management for the Germany AMXL 3PFC team.
The role will be responsible for a part of the 3PL operations in Demand and reports to the MEU Manager 3PL for AMXL in Europe.
The role includes the overall interfacing with Retail, Supply Chain and Transportation Teams and external as well as internal Fulfillment Operations partner.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and controlling quality, performance, cost and capacity of AMXL external fulfillment provider (3PL).
- Contribute and lead major projects within the EU AMXL Fulfillment Operations / Supply Chain / Transportation team to support the growth of our business and selection.
- Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance.
- Maintain and develop KPI and SLA with 3PL/carriers through daily management.
- Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with the EU and Worldwide AMXL Fulfillment Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service and Transportation teams.
- Drives contract negotiations and ramp-ups of new external fulfillment partners.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
- Strong data analysis skills – Ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
- Technical Expertise – Solution-driven approach to systems & processes.
- Fluent German, English essential, other languages desirable.
