A Day in the Life of an Associate
As part of the Client Service team, you will:
- Recruit experts relevant to client needs—often under tight deadlines
- Understand the legal, market, and project-specific context
- Manage client-expert communication and coordinate scheduling
What Success Looks Like
- Introduction to the business world across various industries
- Development of key commercial and client management skills
- Clear advancement path to Manager (24–30 months) and VP (~5 years)
- Opportunity for MBA tuition support at top business schools
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Outstanding extracurricular achievements
- Relevant internship experience
- Fluent Polish, German, and English (C2 level)
- Experience living or working in continental Europe is a plus

- First-year compensation: €56,600 – €66,400 (€52,000 base + uncapped performance bonus)
