What you'll be doing
During your 12-month trainee program, you will go through all relevant areas of responsibility and facets that the daily work entails and will be prepared:
- for an exciting, multifaceted and challenging working environment in a national and international environment
- Flat management hierarchies and many creative possibilities, in which you can also contribute your own ideas
- An innovative, humorous and diverse team - together we represent over 15 different nationalities
The role supports the Infrastructure Coordinator and the Head of the KYC operations across all relevant locations. You will have the opportunity to get involved in different working methods and processes and can benefit from the variety of approaches and procedures in your personal development.

In the UniCredit Graduate Program Germany, you can expect an attractive annual starting salary from €59,761 gross, based on full-time employment and aligned with your academic degree. Your remuneration is determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable collective salary agreement for the private banking sector and is based on the following grading:
- Bachelor's degree: pay group 6/11th professional year
- Master's degree: pay group 7/11th professional year
- Doctoral degree (PhD): pay group 8/11th professional year
The target salary consists of two components: an annual base salary, paid in 13 monthly installments, and a variable bonus payment.
What you'll need to succeed

- You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Science in IT, Business or similar, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years
- Experience in ACCESS and/or PYTHON and/or SQL programming
- Experience with IT systems and implementation methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Business communication skills for international collaboration
- First experiences in AML/KYC processes respectively knowledge of regulatory standards
- Project management skills with experience in multinational environments are an extra
- Fluency in German and English
